Dougal

Please join us in prayers for this little one who has been our loving friend and constant companion for the last 15 years.

Dougal is suffering from a recurrence of a brain disorder that threatened his life 2 years ago. He can only just manage to walk a few stumbling steps before he falls over and his eyesight is starting to fail also. This has all only occurred in the last few hours and it is hard to believe that it is in fact happening. He is already deaf from the first attack 2 years ago but despite this he has been a fit and healthy farm dog and a great lover-of-life. Alice, his fellow Jack Russell companion for the last 7 years, is also in need of our thoughts and prayers. She is such a sensitive and quite dependent little girl.

May all those suffering the impending loss of their dearly loved dog friends find the peace that passes all human understanding. May all of our dog cousins be blessed with a release from their suffering, all according to the flow of the Mother Spirit. Amen.

P.S. Many thanks for your prayers on behalf of this little one. He has recovered to the point where he is now able to walk without too much stumbling. It really is wonderful just how much better he is; so we gratefully thank the Mother Spirit for so much healing and for every single day he is with us still.
